The Sydney Opera House is an opera house and iconic building on the shores of Sydney Harbour, in Sydney, Australia. It is shaped like the sails of a boat. Many concerts and events take place there, with 2000 performances a year presented by Opera Australia, Australia's national opera company.[3 It is a famous tourist attraction.

On September 13, 1955, the Australian government launched a design competition for the Sydney Opera House, which received 233 entries from 32 countries. 

In 1957, an international jury decided to have Danish architect Jorn Utzon design the Sydney Opera House project.  

In March 1959, construction of the Sydney Opera House began.  

On August 31, 1962, the low wall project was completed.  

In 1965, the Labour government that supported the opera house project failed to step down in the general election, and the newly elected Liberal government continued to vigorously refute the project, accusing the previous government of "spending huge amounts of money to build the world's largest opera house as luxury and waste", refusing to add new budget to the project, and terminating the contract with Jon Utzon. 

In 1966, designer Jon Utzon resigned. 

In 1973, the Sydney Opera House was officially completed.  

The architect was also unable to witness the completion of his work, which became a regret.

The overall size of the base is controlled at around 17cm, which can be held and played with while retaining some architectural details. A candle lamp position has been set up to accommodate candle lamps with a diameter of 37mm or less. The base has four positions for installing magnets, requiring four 8 * 3mm circular magnets.
