I recently purchased an Elegoo Centuri Carbon and really didn't care for the spool holder.  I re used the bearing type spool from my other projects and created a new adapter part that fits into the Elegoo Centuri Carbon side panel.  The adapter can fit pretty tight depending on your slicer.  I've also included a Elegoo Slicer file if you want to print it on that machine.  I sliced it with supports and I highly recommend using them. If you enjoy this part please consider giving it a boost.  I really do appreciate it.

Parts needed for this project:

[1] 135mm of threaded 5/16 rod
[3] 1/4 inch washers
[2] 5/16 nylon locking nuts
[2] 608 Skate Board Bearings (I like to use ABEC 9 Type)

[1] Optional Blue Thread Lock

Assembly is pretty straight forward you might want to use some blue thread locker on the nuts holding the rod into the adapter for extra hold.
