A few nights before march some thefts break into my car. They took, the stereo, the spare, and small button (that the cost to replace it is more expensive than the stereo). The insurance company replace the spare, but do not replace the stereo. To repare the glovebox light I've to change full light (it was 50 u$s).

So, i decided to design my own button and print it. And a few iterations then, I've this functional Button. (With out it the light in the glovebox will be always on, run out the battery in a few days).

It was printed in Grey PLA (because it not exposed to high temperatures and no exposed directly to the sun) And Get his job done.

It was printed at may Hellbot magna SE Pro with Grey PLA (Hellbot)

3 Layer on top / bottom and perimeters.

Layer high 0.2

Infill 15 %

Temperatures 210 (Nozzle) and 60 (buildPlate).

It just take 10 minutes to be printed

Unas noches antes de marzo, unos ladrones entraron a mi coche. Se llevaron el estéreo, la rueda de repuesto y un pequeño botón (cuyo reemplazo es más caro que el del estéreo). La compañía de seguros reemplazó la rueda de repuesto, pero no el estéreo. Para reparar la luz de la guantera, tuve que cambiar la luz completa (costaba 50 USD).

Así que decidí diseñar mi propio botón e imprimirlo. Tras varias pruebas, obtuve este botón funcional. (Sin él, la luz de la guantera estaría siempre encendida y se agotaría la batería en unos días).

Lo imprimí en PLA gris (para protegerlo de altas temperaturas y del sol directo). Y cumplió su función.

Se imprimió en mayo con Hellbot Magna SE Pro con PLA gris (Hellbot).

3 capas (superior/inferior y perimetral).

Altura de la capa: 0,2 mm.

Relleno: 15 %.

Temperaturas: 210 °C (boquilla) y 60 °C (placa de construcción). Se imprime en tan solo 10 minutos.
