That's my JORDAN neon lamp! I divided it in order to print it 30 cm x 30 cm.

You can buy a strip on Amazon similar to the one below. The neon strip width should be less than 6 mm.

You have some instructions below on how to assemble it.

 

The 2 big parts: you don't need glue, there's a joint.

 

 

For the third small part you may need a bit of glue.

 

 

This part below is useful to correctly position 2 nails to hang the lamp on the wall.

 

This small piece is useful if you want to cover the end of the strip that can have imperfections.
