My Cap for those Silicone Rubber/Adhesive tubes, that, annoyingly, have gone solid before they can be used again - grrr

I've just completed some repairs, and the Silicone Rubber Cartridge was fine after a week - no plug that had to be squeezed out (with difficulty) first.
