Noble knight kneeling before You, offering your own pen.

Decorative pen holder (or pencil holder), optimized for 9-10 mm diameter. For thicker pens You can scale it up. 

 

Print it may require dialing in your support settings right to have a good bed adhesion and optimal top Z distance (in my case it was 0.25, but on Your printer it may be different). But I promise You, it worth the effort ;)
