Calibrix Core

Precision Engineering. The Calibrix Core is a high-performance, parametric building block engine. Whether you are running a classic Neptune 3, a high-speed Neptune 4, or the latest Saturn resin beast, this script generates "Danish-compatible" blocks with 0.01 mm accuracy.  By using my Calibration Tools, you can generate blocks and plates that fit perfectly together or with your “Danish” ones.

The Calibrix Workflow

1. Calibrate: Print my Calibration Tools to find the "Perfect Snap" for your specific brand of PLA or Resin.  It's important to use the same printer and material as your blocks so that you have the highest accuracy.
2. Dial-In: Input your Stud_Radius and Internal_Hole_Radius into the SCAD file.
3. Generate: Export your custom block—be it a thick brick, a thin plate, or a smooth-top tile.

A Note Regarding AI Use

To ensure the mathematical rigor required for a universal system, I utilized an AI coding assistant in the development of these SCAD files. I am the Mastermind and Director, overseeing the engineering goals and physical testing on my machines. The AI acts as the Mathematician and Lead Builder, structuring the logic to ensure the "Calibrix" standard remains flawless across all scales.
