The current width is 25mm but this can be scaled in the slicer. Only scale in 1 dimension! 
Scale in the other two dimensions if your belt is thicker than standard!

Example scales:

- 50mm strap: 200%
- 35mm strap: 140%
- 25mm strap: 100%
- 20mm strap:  80%
- 15mm strap: 60%
- 12mm strap: 48%
- 10mm strap: 40%

[1mm width = 4% scale]

To make it easier for the belt to go in, make sure to have plenty of slack.
Also, print on this side for max performace. 


Suggested material: ABS/ASA. Only use PLA for light loads. Use 5 walls at a minimum!

Print in this orientation for best results:
 

If you are using Orca slicer (or similar slicer with this setting), make sure to enable "counterbore holes". This removes all drooping from the overhang, improving print quality
 

Not advised for extreme loads! Use proper ratchet straps if, for example, you need to secure a heavy piece of furnature down to the back of an SUV. No matter how good a design is, a 3d print is just a 3d print
