Previously, I replaced the laptop’s screen myself. The model is a Samsung LTN156HL02-301, and with its 98% sRGB color gamut, I decided to continue reusing it. The driver board was a generic 30-pin eDF board I casually purchased from Taobao.

 

I used Simplify3D’s PETG-CF10 filament; I recommend that anyone in need also try carbon-fiber-reinforced filaments—they offer better strength and a superior texture.

 

I drew inspiration from the ideas and structural layout of @YongyangYang and @Mr.MingMingMing, and all the models were designed by me personally.

You’ll need several M3×6mm screws and four M3×30mm screws.

The driver board can be mounted either on the back panel or the rear cover—choose whichever suits you. If mounting on the back panel, spacers are required; otherwise, they’re unnecessary.

The rear cover features VESA mounting holes measuring 75×75 mm.

  • Front surface (top/bottom): center point–10–⚪–20–⚪–55–⚪–50–⚪, Φ3, with left-right symmetry about the center point
