The Capitol of the State of Colorado, in the United States, is the house of the legislative and judicial powers of the State. It was built in the late 1800's, following the incorporation of Colorado as a state in 1877, and finished early in the 20th Century. It's architectural style is Neo-Classical. This monumental building is located in the heart of Denver, it dominates the scene because of its gold-plated dome, that shines like a jewel in the border between the Great Plains and the Rocky Mountains (from Wikipedia).

MiniWorld3D is happy to bring this historical model to life as a homage to all the people of Denver and Colorado. This model was created from scratch by hand and brain in parametric software to ensure printability, using photographs and blueprints to create a beautiful and stylized version of your favorite landmarks.  Please give credit, it's all about spreading culture!

Infill: 15%, lightning pattern ok.

For greater realism with low effort, paint-on fuzzy skin on the tiling of the roofs and use the pause-and-change filament color at certain heights: start with light grey granite for the main body, then dark grey granite or galaxy black for the roof, then a greenish grey or teal for the stone part of the dome, and lastly bronze or gold for the cupola of the dome and spire.
