This model is designed to fit the Xiaomi Xiaoai Speaker Pro and includes only the base. After several rounds of fine‑tuning, it ensures that the speaker’s sound port and power port remain fully unobstructed.
This model is a snap‑together assembly, with parts connected via specialized pins. The PLA‑labeled pins are slightly smaller in diameter, while the PETG‑labeled pins are approximately 1.05 times larger—this difference accounts for the varying flexural toughness and shrinkage rates between the two materials. Based on our testing, we’ve determined the optimal pin size for each material; we recommend printing both types and experimenting to see which works best with your current filament.
