Summer has arrived, and as temperatures rise, by the end of the day you’re drenched in sweat. When you step into the bathroom to take a refreshing shower, you discover that the soap has mixed with the water you splashed earlier, forming a sticky mess on the poorly draining soap dish—complete with the remains of a few tiny flying insects stuck right there. Naturally, I was furious.

So I designed this practical soap dish with built-in drainage. The 3D-printed soap dish features a square shape with rounded chamfers and soft, flowing lines. Its front side boasts an arched soap holder, non-slip protrusions, and concentric circular patterns, while the sides incorporate curved edges and drainage ribs. This design not only prevents slipping and soap from rolling off but also elevates the soap to facilitate effective drainage. With its distinct layered texture, it combines functionality with a simple, rustic aesthetic.
