The Tiny Vise Clamp is a compact, portable vise designed for securely holding small parts during soldering, assembly, sanding, or other precision tasks. Thanks to its fully scalable design, you can easily resize it in your slicer to create larger or smaller versions depending on your needs.

The vise uses a simple and robust screw mechanism and is optimized for support-free printing, except for the clamp part.

Parts included

  • BASE (Body) – Main structure of the vise
  • CLAMP – Sliding jaw that moves along the base (requires supports)
  • CLAMP INSERT – Contact surface for the workpiece (can be printed in TPU for extra grip)
  • SCREW – Moves the clamp forward and backward
  • CIRCLIPS – Locks the clamp and screw together

A dedicated slot on the underside of the base allows the circlips to be installed, securing the screw and clamp as one assembly.

Printing notes

  • Supports required only for the CLAMP
  • All other parts print support-free
  • Recommended to print the clamp insert in TPU (optional)
