This is an octopus mask model with an exaggerated shape and strong visual impact. Put it on, and you’ll instantly stand out from the crowd.

The biggest highlight is the 8 movable articulated tentacles. Thanks to the flexible hinged structure, the tentacles sway naturally when you wear the mask or gently shake it in your hand, creating a lively and dynamic effect. 🐙

The eye area is designed with open cutouts and can be worn as is. If you want a cooler, more mysterious look, you can also cut a piece of black opaque fabric and attach it to the inside of the eye area for decoration. The shape of the fabric is up to you, but covering the entire eye opening may affect visibility and safety. It’s recommended to cut a piece that follows the eye frame shape and keeps the center open.

The model files include two different fabric-mounting options, allowing you to choose based on your print’s accuracy:

• High-precision printing: Use the parts with 4 retaining rings to clamp the fabric edges in place, similar to snap buttons. This method is secure and easy to adjust.
• Standard printing precision: Use the parts with 2 retaining rings and fix the fabric with glue (such as 401 adhesive).

For extra comfort, you can also add a ring of foam padding to the inside of the mask, making it more comfortable to wear for extended periods.

Printing & Assembly Tips

• Eye fabric: Cut the fabric neatly and make sure it is attached along the inner edge of the eye frame. This will give the mask a cleaner and more polished look from the outside.
• Tentacle assembly: The tentacles come in different sizes — 2 large, 2 medium, and 4 small.
  • Front: 2 large + 2 medium
  • Back: 4 small
• After assembly, gently move each tentacle to ensure smooth articulation.
