Previously, I conducted numerous tests on the parameters for the TPU sponge layer, meticulously fine‑tuning the material until it reached an optimal balance of comfort and performance.

With these adjustments in place, I applied the optimized TPU to this exceptionally well‑designed eye mask.

The entire eye mask is printed entirely in TPU, with the main body and sponge layers secured via a snap-fit mechanism—though adhesive may be required for added stability. The 2‑cm‑wide back straps are sold separately; we recommend pairing them with elastic hook‑and‑loop fasteners for maximum flexibility and comfort.

The main body and the sponge cushion were printed using varying densities and infill patterns, combined with 90A or softer TPU formulations, to achieve a seamless blend of soft and rigid properties. For detailed process parameters, feel free to download the 3MF file and take a look.
