Organize your SMD component reels with this customizable storage rack. Designed specifically for drawer storage, this holder keeps up to 100 components aligned and easily accessible.

The included FreeCAD file is parametric. Simply update the spreadsheet values to perfectly match your drawer dimensions:

Total width	Total width of the Part (Inner Circle Diameter might need adjusting)
Total height	Total height of the Part (Inner Circle Diameter might need adjusting)
Back Plate Thickness	Thichkess of the back plate, normally no need to adjust
Tape width	Tape width (Total width = Back Plate + Tape width)
Inner Circle Diameter	Diameter of the inner circle. This is the area where the tape is stored. Maximum: Total height - 2X wall thickness
Wall Thickness	Thichkness of most walls
Corner Radius	Radius of most corners, keep as is
Tape Spareout	Spare out for the tape. For small smd components 3mm is fine
Pin diameter	Diameter of the pin for alignment, adjust to your tolerances
Pin hole diameter	Diameter of the hole for alignment, adjust to your tolerances
