This Qinglong Mado Dao draws its design inspiration from the Tang Dynasty’s Mado swords, seamlessly integrating the Qinglong totem between the blade and the hilt. The blade undulates like a dragon’s spine, while the verdigris green patina resembles the mottled scales of a mythical serpent—almost as if this millennia‑old divine weapon has finally emerged from the depths of time to reclaim its rightful place in the light of day. At the guard, a majestic dragon head coils upward, its claws firmly gripping the blade, while the dragon’s tail gracefully extends into the handle, creating a unified, cohesive form that honors the weighty dignity of ancient weaponry while infusing it with the lively, commanding presence of the Qinglong—a symbol of both raw power and auspicious fortune, ready to unleash the fury of wind and thunder with every swing.
