Inspired by my original Puffer Jacket Pencil Holder, this version takes the same cozy puffer-jacket design and turns it into a satisfying twist fidget.
At first glance it looks like a small puffer jacket sitting on your desk. Give it a twist and the model opens up into a completely different shape, creating a fun visual transformation while providing a smooth fidgeting experience.
The photos show the model both closed and partially twisted so you can see how the transformation begins. The full twist reveals an even more dramatic form.

The model prints with supports and works great in PLA. Silk and color-shifting filaments can produce especially interesting results when the model is twisted open.
