If you are planning to travel with your Wegovy pen (or others), here is a case with built in insulation / chill.  It also has space for several refill needles.

You can either print “as is” using the cavity to keep the Wegovy pen cool, in which case remove the layer pause in the profile.

You have the option to partially fill the print with water (or other liquid which does not react to the filament), simply pop it in the freezer before your trip, let it freeze up over-night and it should help to keep your Wegovy pen cool.

I have set the print layer pause about half way up the print, so you don't overfill the case and cause it to crack when the liquid inside expands!

You might want to consider printing in PETG or something with stronger layer bonds to avoid cracking when freezing the liquid, I've only tested with PLA and it seems just fine.

If you are using a bed-slinger printer, I would stick to the standard version with air insulation as there is a good chance putting water in it at the pause point would slosh around when printing!
