Effortlessly place magnets with perfect orientation!

This handy tool simplifies magnet insertion into 3D prints or any project where magnet placement in the correct orientation is crucial. Simply lower the slider, attract the magnet, position it, and raise the slider to release. Works with a wide range of magnet sizes and ensures correct polarity every time.

Now Gridfinity Compatible!
This updated version is slightly shorter, designed to fit perfectly within a 1x3 Gridfinity bin. A custom bin is included for convenient storage and organization.

Print instructions

Print the object in the orientation as the files. You may need a brim for the outer pen if you have poor bed adhesion.

Assembly:

• Required: One 6x2mm magnet (same as Gridfinity) - glue this to the bottom of the inner slider.
• Optional: Enhance functionality with two additional magnets:
  • Place one in the top of the inner slider and one in the top cap.
  • Ensure these top magnets attract each other, keeping the slider in the raised position.
• Insert the slider into the outer shell and secure with the cap.

Print two of these pens with opposite magnet polarity.
