This is a shoe ornament designed to look like the bean bags from the VEX IQ game Level Up.
When you go to put these into your shoes, be careful to not break off the bean bag from the shoe pin. I used super glue but I didn't use enough the first time I assembled them so they broke off. Use enough glue (slightly more then you probably think you need), and put them in carefully to not stress the connection between the two parts.
