Project Overview

This bracket is specifically designed for retrofitting the A1 3D printer with a sealed enclosure, allowing an idle old smartphone to be securely mounted as a monitoring device during the printing process. It enables remote viewing, warping prevention, fault detection, and other advanced features.

 

Core Features

  • Dual-axis adjustment: Supports pitch angle and horizontal orientation adjustments at multiple angles, making it easy to align the smartphone precisely with any position on the print bed.

  • Locking mechanism: Once the desired angle is set, the bracket can be securely locked in place with screws, ensuring stable positioning without drift.

  • Field-tested performance: During daily use, there is no noticeable shaking; minor image jitter may only occur under conditions of severe vibration from walls or the printer enclosure.

Model Details

  • Comes with a perforated alignment plate that facilitates precise hole placement and can also serve as a wall-thickening shim after installation.

  • Two screw designs are included: split-type assembly screws and straight-cut screws, catering to different installation spaces and requirements.
