The tactical shirt buttons on the Helikern/Consul model are extremely prone to breaking upon impact, and the garment’s button-attachment structure is often highly complex, requiring extensive seam dismantling. To address this, I designed a replacement button that not only mimics the original but also eliminates the need for intricate sewing techniques. Simply thread the existing fabric loop through the central slot of the 3D-printed button, and its clever design ensures a secure, durable attachment—so robust that it won’t come loose even after multiple washes in the machine.
