Discover this traditional spinning top game, known in Portugal as the Rapa. While the game has its roots in the Jewish dreidel, it became popular in Portuguese culture, especially during Christmas.
How to Play

Each player starts with the same number of pieces (in my family we use candy but it can be coins, beans, buttons or anything else).
All players place 1 piece in the center of the table to form the “pot”.
Players take turns spinning the top. When it stops, the face on top determines the action:
Portuguese version letters:
R – Rapa: take all pieces from the pot except one, everyone else puts one piece in the pot, you have the chance to play again
T – Tira: take 1 piece from the pot
P – Põe: put 1 piece in the pot
D – Deixa: do nothing
English version letters:
A – All: take all pieces from the pot except one, everyone else puts one piece in the pot, you have the chance to play again
O – One: take 1 piece from the pot
P – Put: put 1 piece in the pot
N – Nothing: do nothing
A player loses when they no longer have any pieces.
The game continues until there are no players left or everyone decides to stop. The winner is the one with the most pieces, who in my family gets to keep all the candy.
Printing Notes
For the best balance and fair spins, use gyroid infill (10–15%).
Print with the pointed tip facing up. No supports are required, but a brim is recommended.
After the print is finished, remove the brim (if used) and use a file or sandpaper on the tip to make it smooth and slightly rounded.
The harder the surface, the longer it will spin.
