In case you lost the splitting wedge you may use this replacement (at your own risk!).

Apart from the prints you will need an M4 x 20 mm screw, preferably for a 3 mm allen key.

CAUTION: Internally, the end of the screw is very close to the circular saw blade when fully inserted. Make sure that the screw thread does not protrude more than 4 mm beyond the printed mount.

As always I include the OpenSCAD source file for you to adapt and/or improve:

• Download and install OpenSCAD from https://www.openscad.org
• Launch OpenSCAD and open the enclosed OpenSCAD source file (/File/Open).
• Amend the parameters at the top of the file or even amend the code.
• Save your changes (/File/Save).
• Render the design (/Design/Render).
• Export the rendered design e.g. as a .stl file (/File/Export/Export as STL).
• Slice and print.
