The perfect companion to my single-row holders! This double-row set of 18650 cell spacers is designed for building larger, high-density lithium-ion battery packs safely and efficiently.

Key Features:

  • Spot Welding Ready: Features built-in alignment guides and indentations for your nickel strips. This keeps the strips perfectly centered over the battery terminals during spot welding.
  • Integrated Wire Routing: Designed with channels/holes to neatly run balance wires or main power leads without adding external bulk to your pack.
  • Double Row Configurations: Includes 7 different sizes to build any pack geometry you need: 2x1, 2x2, 2x3, 2x4, 2x5, 2x6, and 2x7.
  • Excellent Airflow: Proper spacing between cells prevents dangerous heat buildup during charge/discharge cycles.

Printing Instructions:

  • Orientation: Print flat on the bed.
  • Supports: NONE. The wire routing channels are optimized to bridge cleanly.
  • Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA are strongly recommended due to their temperature resistance. Avoid PLA for battery packs, as it can soften and warp from cell heat.
  • Infill: 20-30% (Grid/Gyroid) with at least 3 walls for solid structural integrity.
