Ayame Kurohane – The Silent Blade

Ayame was born into a humble family in Kurogane-7: “Black Steel,” an industrial colony where laborers worked with harsh alloys under brutal conditions, where resources were scarce and opportunities rarer still. From a young age, she demonstrated extraordinary intelligence and an uncanny adaptability. While her peers struggled with basic coursework, Ayame was already solving complex problems, her mind naturally drawn to patterns, probabilities, and the unseen connections that others miss.

Recognized early by the Carbon Alliance, she was accelerated through specialized education programs, where she consistently outperformed even veteran instructors. What set her apart, however, was not only her intellect and beauty, but her ability to remain unseen; slipping unnoticed through academic rivalries, political factions, and later, enemy lines.

Now a covert operative and saboteur, Ayame uses her talents to dismantle The Threat not by sheer firepower, but by precision. She infiltrates hives using her stealth suit, identifies weak points, and surgically eliminates command nodes and supply arteries, crippling entire incursions with minimal losses.

Though admired for her results, her peers whisper about the cost of her methods. She has grown cold, even detached, speaking little and revealing nothing. To her, silence is both shield and sword. 

Ayame remains fiercely loyal to the Alliance, but she harbors a quiet resentment toward the officers who value soldiers’ lives as expendable pieces on a board. In her mind, every mission is a calculation; one where she is determined never to let the sacrifices of her people be wasted again.

Try not to use the Super Tack plate, taking the print off may damage the strings. When you finish printing, LET IT COOL! If you try to pull it off while it is hot, the strings will bend. This is especially true with this model, the body is very thin and fragile, the plate needs to be cold and the print will pop off without issues.


Most models with strings only use a single 0.24 layer high string, I use two. That way, if one fails, the other usually does not. There are other variations on the way, such as AMS painted, strings different color and support for the lamp and waterproof pucks.  But, you also need to have proper adhesion, clean your plate and watch the print so you get the best results possible.

To light it you will need the standard 3AAA RGBW pucks from aliexpress or bambu lab, two in total.

Relatively simple, assemble the two halves using an assembly jig in the profile, it is basically two rings that will fit exactly to the two halves, just make sure you put a paper down so the glue doesn't leak and ruin your table (ask me how I know). There are nubs in the provided bases and it will keep it in place for a desktop stand, but carrying it around without gluing it, is not advised… if you are happy with it and do not wish to reuse the base for my other models, go ahead and glue it.


Also, DO NOT change layer size because then the strings may fail.  Any issues, let me know.
