This version is the Flag‑Support Edition of the Monkey King Mecha.

Exoskeleton: Any material works.

Skeletal Framework Recommendations: ASA > ABS > PETG > PLA;

Feather Wing Recommendations: TPU. (If TPU isn’t available, you can use alternative filaments—after printing, soften the parts with a lighter or hairdryer and carefully shape them into the desired contours.)

Simple to print, easy to assemble, highly efficient in material usage, incredibly detailed, quick to put together, resistant to breakage, requiring no support structures during printing—and no glue needed for assembly!

Note: 1. If the parts are too tight to snap into place by hand, simply print the included tool hammer and gently tap it into position at the designated slots.

        2. To prevent print failures, it’s best to apply adhesive or a release spray to the build plate—most issues stem from an overly smooth print surface.

Prints require no supports (though if your build plate isn’t sufficiently tacky, you can add a skirt around the base). Assembly requires neither glue nor hardware—just a firm press or a gentle tap with a small mallet if parts feel a bit snug. This is a truly convenient Chinese‑style assembly model!

Assembly Guide:

Hands

The upper arm skeleton should be shorter, with larger ball joints; the lower arm skeleton should be longer, with smaller ball joints.

Legs

The thigh and calf skeletons should be of equal length.

Head

Feather wings are best printed using TPU filament. (If TPU isn’t available, you can use alternative filaments—after printing, soften the parts with a lighter or hairdryer and carefully shape them into the desired contours.)
