This is a tape dispenser created by Danish designer Torben Holmback.  It is in the design collection at MoMA NYC (https://www.moma.org/collection/works/3186).  I created this model in Fusion.  Original material is anodized aluminum.  

  

I superglued a piece of hacksaw blade for the tape cutter. It works great . I also sanded the entire body in preparation for painting but I like the rough sanded finish so I think I’ll leave it like this. 

 

I added a cavity in the base that allows you to add self-adhesive wheel weights to give it some heft.  The cavity is designed to hold these wheel weights (Amazon:  https://a.co/d/1S71y2b) in a 3 high stack of 2x2 weights.

    I cut a piece of hacksaw blade for the tape cutter. I originally tried to print teeth in the model but the weren't sharp enough to cut the tape.
