I needed a needle threader and so I made this model out of necessity. It works surprisingly well. The trick was to make the threader part only one layer line tall.  This model is best printed at a layer height of 0.2mm.

Be sure to wait for the print plate to completely cool before attempting to remove it, otherwise damage may occur to to the delicate threader part.
