Recently, a friend gifted me a large pile of electronic circuit components—and I was surprised to find that some of them didn’t even have header pins soldered on…
For someone like me, a “seasoned veteran” in the field, tackling this project feels like trying to take on Ultraman Tiga in a one‑on‑one battle!
I initially suggested simply mounting everything on a breadboard—problem solved—but my friend quickly shot down the idea, pointing out that if the breadboard melted under the heat, it’d be game over.
Alright then—guess I’ll build a little platform that can at least provide some support for these components~!
As for why I gave it this cute little name… well, it was Xiao Zhi’s idea. Oh well, whatever—it’s late, and I’m tired.
- Adopts an integrated design; once printed, it comes as a complete, ready‑to‑use assembly.
- Features a movable frame that allows you to easily adjust the spacing to accommodate various PCB sizes.
- The groove width is set at 1.15 mm—though actual results may vary depending on the shrinkage characteristics of different materials. Given that header pins come in a wide range of sizes anyway, this dimension should work just fine for most applications~~
