print with 2 colors for best results. Alternatively print in white, and fill gaps with a low viscosity paint or colored resin

I suggest 1x 0.3mm layer for the text, however, if your filament has a low pigment concentration (slightly see-through with 1 layer), the white part can be 2 layers instead
