this is a tool i use while making things out of duct tape, the hook is handy for patting down duct tape behind hard to reach places. and the point is good for place small strips of duct tape on and then putting it on the desired spot. the long straight edge is also handy for getting the duct tape flush into a corner where my fingers are too big.
