The Hangzhou Century Center, also known as the “Hangzhou Arch,” is situated in the heart of the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Expo City. Taking the initial letter “H” from Hangzhou’s pinyin as its design inspiration, the complex features a striking “twin-tower” configuration crafted by the same team behind the Burj Khalifa. The twin towers evoke the image of a pair of wings, seamlessly blending the city’s cultural identity with the symbolic meaning of arched bridges—representing Hangzhou’s aspiration to soar and take flight.
