WHEEL LOADER - Flo3D | Nexprint: Free 3D Model Downloads

Following my very first dump truck model, I’m now presenting the wheel loader!

It’s a large machine: 420 mm long, 210 mm wide, and 270 mm high!

No additional tools or parts are required for assembly; everything is 3D-printed.

The wheels turn, the boom and bucket are functional, and the chassis pivots to swivel.

For printing, I used Hyper PETG for the chassis and tires, and Hyper PLA for the rest, though you can print everything in PLA. You’ll need about 1.3 kg of filament for the complete build.

To assemble, simply glue on the tires and wheels, attach the axles to the wheels (remember to slide the axle into the chassis before gluing), and mount the cab and front section using the supplied washer and screw. The boom and bucket are assembled with an axle, a washer, and a clip. That’s all!
