This download includes two distinct geometric variants:

Printing & Usage Recommendations:

  • Tolerances matter: These models rely on precise clearances. Ensure your printer is well-calibrated for the best "glide" effect. If the fit is too tight, try reducing your flow rate slightly or adjusting XY hole compensation.
  • Material pairings: For the most visually striking results (as seen in the photos), try pairing a matte filament for one half with a shiny "silk" or metallic filament for the other. This highlights the interacting geometries.
  • Post-Processing: A small amount of lubricant (like silicone PTFE grease) applied to the contact surfaces can significantly enhance the smoothness of the movement, though it is not strictly necessary if printed well.
