The original Dymo Omega feeder wheel spaces letters way too far in my opinion. Included are FreeCAD source, STEP and STL files for a 10 tooth and 11 tooth version, as well as a presliced STL with supports structures for printing on a resin printer.

Cover shows the reduction in letter spacing with the 11 tooth version. You will need to add a rubber ring / band. For uneven tooth numbers you need to rotate the white click spring a bit, with the 10 tooth version no further modifications are necessary.
