Printing Instructions:

Printing the removable shopping cart coin is easy and straightforward. No special configurations are needed; it can be printed using standard 3D printing profiles. While a layer height of 0.2 mm is acceptable, we recommend a finer layer height of 0.15 mm for better detail. We also recommend setting the infill to 100% to ensure robust prints. For materials, PLA or PETG is recommended for their ease of use and durability.

The removable shopping cart coin is designed to be inserted into the shopping cart lock and then removed once the cart is unlocked. This makes it a reusable and handy tool for quick and hassle-free shopping trips. Its durable construction ensures it can withstand repeated use, making it a cost-effective solution for your shopping needs and avoiding the inconvenience of having to find and insert coins, only to retrieve them at the end.

The head of the coin is sized like a 1€ coin, ensuring compatibility with all shopping carts that accept euro coins. The diameter of a 1€ coin is 23.25 mm, and this removable coin should work with any shopping cart mechanism that accepts coins of similar size. While it should also function with coins from other countries, we invite users to leave reviews and share which other coins they’ve successfully used with the coin.
