Overview

A sleek, minimalist line-art sculpture of a violet plant, designed as a lightweight open-frame display piece with a clean floral silhouette.

This model captures the soft rounded petals and leaf shapes of violets in a simple, modern outline style that works beautifully on shelves, desks, and side tables. It fits especially well with spring decor, floral displays, and minimalist interiors.

Part of my interchangeable line-art collection, this design uses the same shared base system as the rest of the range, making it easy to swap sculptures and build a matching set.

This model includes three sizes:

• X-Large – 167 × 224 mm
• Large – 125 × 171 mm
• Small – 63 × 85 mm

The Large and X-Large versions use the same base size. The Small version uses the smaller interchangeable base.

Printing Details

Orientation: Flat on the build plate
Layer height: 0.12 mm recommended
Supports: None required
Material: PLA
Difficulty: Easy to moderate

Tested on a Bambu Lab P1S, but suitable for most generic FDM printers that can print thin-line details cleanly.

For the best finish, use a filament with a smooth, even surface. Matte PLA works especially well for this style and helps the silhouette stand out cleanly.

Assembly

Print the sculpture and base separately.

Each sculpture slots into the base using a gravity fit, with no glue required. The Large and X-Large versions share the same base, while the Small version uses the smaller interchangeable base.
