I purchased a pet grooming dryer (Free Paws Pet Grooming Hair Dryer - ML-PD01-Y) for $100 on Amazon about 8 years ago.  The switches died so I replaced those with some off-the-shelf toggles, and at that point I knew I would have to use it until the wheels fell off.  Well, the handle broke.  Rather than try to make an existing handle work and waste time fiddling with that, I just broke out the calipers and started making notes.  This is the result.  I have attached a 3MF file for fuzzy skin if you want it just on the outside of the handle as shown in my photos.  I have included a photo of my first print of the model attached to the dryer.

The dryer I have is no longer listed on Amazon or anywhere else, unfortunately.  This is the closest thing dryer I could find (FP-PD02).  They are both sold as the "Free Paws Pet Grooming Dryer", and the chassis doesn't appear to be that different.

For reference, the distance of the screw holes for these handles is 64mm when measured from the center of each hole.  If you have the FP-PD02 dryer, just check that before printing.  I reused the bolts and nuts from the original unit, but they are M4x8 if you want to replace yours.
