This is a reinforced internal 90° connector for 2040 (or 4020) V-slot aluminum extrusion profiles, designed for vertical frame connections.
It fits snugly inside two intersecting profiles, joining them at a perfect right angle with a secure snap-fit / friction-fit hold.
This version is taller (40 mm) and more robust, offering excellent rigidity for load-bearing corners, printer frames, and machine structures.
Ideal wherever you need a clean internal joint with maximum strength and alignment accuracy.
