It's an adjustable soldering fume extractor. It incorporates a tray for using a carbon filter to filter the fumes before extracting them.

It should work with any 120 x 120mm fan, and it has been modeled to use:

You will also need a couple of M3 screws and nuts for the assembly. I used 6mm long screws for the base and the front grill. To attach the knobs i used 20mm long. And to attach the fan i used 30mm long screws.

You only need nuts for attaching the fan, the other mating connectors are already modelled in.

Everything is printed on PLA and you should not need supports.
