🛠 Technical Specifications

• Diameter: 40mm (Large Format).
• Shaft Compatibility: Optimized for standard 6.35mm (1/4") shafts (D-shape or solid).
• Mounting System: Reinforced M4 Set-Screw housing for extra torque resistance.
• Hardware Needed: 1x M4 Nut + 1x M4 Set Screw (6mm).

🔧 Assembly Instructions

1. Nut Placement: Insert the M4 Nut into the side hexagonal pocket.
2. Screw Prep: Thread the M4 Set Screw until it grips the nut.
3. Alignment: Slide onto the L-pad or potentiometer shaft on the back of your cab.
4. Tighten: Secure firmly to ensure it doesn't rattle during low-B string vibrations.

🎨 Printing & Finishing Tips

• Resin (Best Result): Highly recommended for that smooth, injection-molded look.
• Material: Use PETG, ASA, or Nylon. Avoid standard PLA as the back of an amp can get warm, and you need impact resistance for transport.
• Walls: Increase to 4 or 5 perimeters for maximum structural integrity around the set-screw.
• Infill: 40% Gyroid for a solid, "heavy" feel that mimics the original phenolic plastic.
• Contrast: Fill the indicator line with Silver or White acrylic to match the iconic Ampeg back-plate lettering.
