Upon examining the website, this model is the closest to a real badminton shuttlecock. Each feather is printed individually to ensure that its structural integrity is robust enough for competitive play. The ball head should be printed using TPU material, while PETG is recommended for the feathers to achieve optimal flexibility. Given the slender nature of the feathers, if the print quality isn’t up to par, you can iterate the printing process multiple times—selecting the most flawless sixteen feathers for final assembly.
