Application Scenarios:
1. Can be used at the bottom of flower pots to prevent soil from leaking out through the drainage holes, while also keeping insects from crawling into the soil via those same openings;
2. Ideal for mounting on computer cases as a dust‑proof filter mesh;
3. Suitable for other applications where a filtration screen is required.
Precautions:
1. The print bed must be free of grease—ensure that the first layer prints successfully. If the first layer fails, abort the print immediately and clean the print bed!!! If you’re not monitoring the printer in person, you can preview the first-layer quality beforehand to assess its performance;
 

2. The mesh features wire diameters of 0.8 mm, with square openings measuring 1.2 mm on each side and a thickness of 0.8 mm—each of the horizontal and vertical directions is set to 0.4 mm. This design minimizes print time while incorporating sealed edges, making it easier to achieve successful prints;
3. I’ve prepared two distinct print configurations: one circular and one square, with corresponding side lengths and diameters of 20 cm, 18 cm, 16 cm, 14 cm, 12 cm, 10 cm, 8 cm, and 6 cm. If you don’t find a size that meets your needs, simply print a larger version and trim it down using scissors;
4. PETG is highly recommended for printing—it’s non‑degradable and offers excellent toughness.
