This is a crown to go on top of PigWhoFlys King K Rool. I recommend using a 0.2 nozzle for this, although the crown in the image is made using a 0.4 nozzle.
In order to attach the crown to KKR you need to either stop the print before the base KKR's crown prints, or just cut it off after, and then glue this crown on with super glue.
