A replacement carriage for the Tevo Tarantula stock X-Carriage, with built in X belt tensioner, dual fan mounts for 5015 blower fans, and auto level sensor mounts.

I designed this x-carriage to replace the stock acrylic one after it became soft and warped during a high temperature print in an enclosure. It is the same dimensions as the stock carriage, but has an inbuilt belt tensioner, supports both the stock hot end and the e3d v6, has mountings for dual fan ducts, and auto level sensor. I've included a fan duct for a 5015 blower on one side, printing it mirrored will give a second fan duct for the other side, and a sensor/fan mount for the SN04 or an M8 proximity sensor for auto levelling. If you wanted to use a second fan duct you'd need to modify one of the sensor brackets to add a second support for the duct.

I've just finished printing this in ABS, and will upload some pictures of it fitted to my printer once I get a chance to actually mount it.

Update July 2018: after printing this over a year ago I finally got a chance to fit it to my printer a couple on months ago. It all fits and works very well, only issue I had was with the X-axis limit switch not being far enough off to the side of the carriage so that it is triggered before the carriage hits the frame, so i just had to glue a spacer to the limit switch to make sure it contacts the frame first (you can see this in one of the pictures). For me it works much better than the standard carriage, as does this new fan setup.
