Dr. Finkelstein from the Nightmare before Christmas with Octopus tentacles. The 2nd file is the top portion of his skull so you can cover his brain so it dont get cold. :)

I suggest adding some support to the under side of his mouth.

UPDATE: I uploaded new files with a peg insert so the top portion stays in place.
