After printing the Minion case for Ramps for the Mostly Printed CNC, I found that the SD card slot was too far inside the box to easily insert and remove the card (at least for the large graphics LCD panel version). So I designed a simple "SD Extender" that you can insert your SD card into, and then use it to push into the case. Since then, I've found this really useful because it gives a nice handle to hold, is easier to pick up off a table, and makes it easier to find the SD card on a table of junk!
You will find that inserting the SD card is a bit challenging - it will require some effort and finesse to get it into place. This is intentional, as you will see from the little "bump" I added to help add friction. This way the card is solidly inserted and won't fall out. Also note the slot for micro-SD card removal (see pictures) - you can still insert/remove the micro-SD card inside a larger SD card holder, if that is the solution you are using.
You will need to use supports to print this, but they should only be built for the short edges on the end. Infill can be light as this doesn't need to be strong, and no need for a raft.
