This is a rescale of a remix of a design. I did zero art here; all I did was resize the parts so they match exactly with a badge I bought from a Roddenberry booth over 5 years ago. This should be the same size as the original show molds.
The only thing I did was create an inner buffer pad with the same size magnet cutouts as the scaled badge (5mm). You'll need to glue magnets to the pad and badge.
